The French forward took to social media to announce his departure from PSG and confirmed that he will be playing his last home game at the Parc Des Princes on Sunday evening against Toulouse. A PSG fan, @ImmigreParisien, was brutal in his response and added: "During matches, Joselu likes to have his water very cold, Vinicius at room temperature and Rodrygo in a thermal cup. Good luck for the future."
Whereas, @M_Diaby5 questioned: "You don't have the ba**s to announce it in front of the park?"
However, @Pop_Kulture1 was kinder to Mbappe and wrote: "Thank you for everything you did, you were a very important player who allowed us to play our first Champions League final. One of the greatest players our club has ever known. ❤️💙🇨🇵".
While @clovist237 was prudent to notice that Mbappe did not thank club president Nasser Al-Khelaifi and wrote: "I remember that you thanked everyone except President Nasser Al-Khelaifi. Is this a mistake or is it done on purpose?"
And @yaseenPvris, attached a picture of the 2020 Champions League final against Bayern Munich, where Mbappe drew a blank, and wrote on X: "MERCI POUR RIEN (Thanks for nothing)."

After a couple of failed attempts, Real Madrid are on course to finally get their marquee transfer. It has been reported that Mbappe might be unveiled as a new signing after the Champions League final on June 1.
Whereas, PSG are already looking forward to the post-Mbappe era and eagerly await the summer transfer window with a war chest of over €200m. It is alleged that Napoli's Victor Osimhen has emerged as the top target to replace Mbappe and it remains to be seen if they can convince the Nigerian to move to Paris.
